a)	For New Application	1) The specific form u/s 199 of Rs 15/- has to be obtained from the Cash Counter, Basirhat Municipality 2) Photocopy of the current years tax payment receipt. 3) Rent receipt in case of rented space. 4) No Objection from the Owner Of the space in case the same is a rent free space. 5) Photocopy of partnership deed in case of a partnership business. 6) Memorandum of Articles and certificate of Incorporation in case of a Private Limited Company. 7) Councilor’s signature in the Application form.
b)	For Renewal	1) An Application to the Chairman of the Municipality 2) Photocopy of the current years tax payment receipt. 3) Photocopy of the last license used 4) Photocopy of current year’s Professional tax paid challan/return.
