1. Permission for new water supply connection in plain paper to be submitted addressing the Chairman, Basirhat Municipality
2. On receiving Chairman’s permission, the application need to be shown to the Cash Section, Basirhat Municipality and form for water supply connection has to be purchased
3. Duly filled up application form along with latest Tax receipt and Chairman’s permission has to be submitted at the Receiving Section, Basirhat Municipality.
4. The application form must contain Councillor’s recommendation.
5. The required fee has to be submitted at the Cash Section, Basirhat Municipality.
